St. Norbert
This constituency is located in the southernmost tip of Winnipeg. The population of the constituency in 2008 was 19,100. The new boundaries south of the perimeter are largely unchanged. North of the perimeter the new boundaries no longer include most of the area east of the CNR rail line along Pembina Hwy, but now include all neighbourhoods west of the CNR rail line, east of Waverley St., and south of the Bishop Grandin Blvd, which were previously in Fort Whyte. This area was previously represented by Marilyn Brick (New Democratic Party) in St. Norbert since 2003, and by Hugh McFadyen (Progressive Conservative Party) in Fort Whyte since 2005.
