This constituency is located in the eastern portion of Winnipeg. The population of the constituency in 2008 was 20,500. The new boundaries have changed significantly. The portion that is north of Devonshire Drive and Nelson Ave to the east of Peguis Street, and to the north of the CPR line to the west of Peguis Street, is now part of Rossmere. The eastern boundary now follows Hoka Street only as far south as Rosseau Ave West instead of Pandora Ave West, and countinues south along Plessis Road. The south boundary no longer extends south of Fermor. The west boundary is retracted to Lagimodiere south of Regent Ave, and extends west to the Seine River to the south of Elizabeth Road, into the former Southdale constituency. This area was previously represented by Bidhu Jha (New Democratic Party) in Radisson since 2003 and by Erin Selby (New Democratic Party) in Southdale since 2007.
