Kildonan
This constituency is located in the northeast portion of Winnipeg. The population of the constituency in 2008 was 21,500. It is largely unchanged from the previous constituency of the same name except that the southern boundary has extended two blocks from Inkster Blvd to Atlantic Ave on the west side of the CPR rail line, and has retracted four blocks from Kingsbury Ave to Leila Ave between the CPR tracks and Main Street. This area was previously represented by Dave Chomiak (New Democratic Party) who was first elected in 1990.
