Questionnaire Response
Sharon Blady - Kirkfield Park
Why did you decide to run in the 2011 Manitoba election?
My whole career has been focused on helping people. As a teacher, I was part of a team that prepared nurses and social workers to go out into the community and help families. As part of the Selinger team I can continue to help families build stronger communities.
What experience will you bring to compliment your role as MLA?
I value the strong relationships I have fostered working with Kirkfield Park families. I want to strengthen and broaden those relationships to keep building our community.
Is there anything in particular you would like to change in our province? In your electoral division?
It is important that the redevelopment of the Grace ER and new ACCESS Centre are not stopped in their tracks by big budget cuts proposed by the McFadyen Conservatives.
